PROCESS TO MOVE IN

  1. Briefing at housing office
  2. Look for a house
  3. Sign selection form at real estate agency
  4. Turn in selection form paper to housing office
  5. Get paper work ready
  6. Turn in all paper work to housing office
  7. Schedule SPW (start paper work) appointment
    IF NO ADVANCE Schedule SPW, Lease Contract Day, move in day
  8. After you set up an appointment, the housing office scheduled date
    Come to the housing office for SPW to schedule lease contract date and move in date
    After you set up lease contract date and move in date,the housing office will contact the agent to inform them of the lease contract date and move in date
  9. Lease contract at housing office, walk through inspection, gas set up and appliance delivery from base (Depends on which day you set up move in day)
